How much marks do I require in WBJEE to get atleast mechanical branch in jadavpur University if I am from west bengal general category??
You would want to get 125-130+ for a rank of 800 or higher, considering the respective cutoffs did rise over the last few years. This year's question was somewhat of equal difficulty I suppose, so assuming not much of difference in competition, cutoffs should almost be the same.
Best of Luck!
Keep studying hard and hope for the best. To get high marks in WBJEE solve all the mock Wbjee papers from Arihant .
Jadavpur University is a State University of West Bengal and thus the admission is done through WBJEE, Jadavpur university doesn’t take admissions through Jee Mains .
So, if you want to get into Jadavpur, first sit for WBJEE.
To get into JU, you need to get a rank under 1500, If you are going for Electronics, CSE, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation etc., then you need a very decent score, your rank should be under 600–700. But, if you want to get in IT, Power, Printing, Construction -etc then scoring under 1200–1500 will be enough.
