It is very difficult to predict the accurate marks needed to score in jee mains 2021 to get a rank under 1000 in obc category as the quality of students differ every year and it also depends on the shift whether your one is a harder one or easier one and Accordingly it will vary.
But in general as per my calculations, you need to score minimum 260+ out of 300.

It is difficult to predict the marks percentile required to get obc rank of 1000
This is because, Marks required to get a particular rank as keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc
But yes when we go through previous year trends then, To get obc rank of 1000 you need at least around 170 marks and your common rank will be around 5090 - 6740

Now, limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so focus on your preparation, to prepare well your jee examination, go through chapters first and your focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.

For OBC Rank 1000 in JEE Mains, you should target minimum CRL 10000. For this you need to secure atleast 60% of the Total score, considering the current level of competition and moderate to tough difficulty. Hence, your Score Target must be atleast, 60% which means roughly 180/300.
