You didn't mentioned your stream in which you want to get admitted. I am assuming let it be CSE. Marks isn't a good parameter because with marks x in 2019 you can have rank 1000 but in 2020 you may 5000 rank. So it's dependent on the paper and the candidates participating in the JEE MAINS exam that year.
Now you can estimate from the cut-off.
For CSE , the cutoff for UR students was -
So from this data , you can target above 900 to be a safe rank for CSE & below 3000 for any other branch . This are very rough predictions but you have no other way to predict.
