Syed, Karnataka is an Open State which means you can participate in its State Counselling. And so can rest of Candidates from all the States with the exception of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. Now, under General Category, you will have to score atleast 550 and above for a seat in KMC, Manipal. This is based on previous years trends. Now cut offs chamge every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualofied, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So considering all these factors, you will need nothing less than 550.
