Jee mains score can only get you trough the NIT's or other GFI's,you need to clear JEE advance in order to get into an IIT. Though getting into an IIT also depends on your rank.Do prepare and score well.

All the IITs (including IIT Indore) takes admission through JEE Advanced only. JEE Mains is just a shortlisting exam for JEE Advanced.

First up, an important clarification . In order to get into the IITs, it is not JEE Mains but JEE Advanced that is important. There are so many search results on Careers360 and Quora to guide you about the difference in syllabus between the two exams.
So, candidates seeking admission into IIT Indore will have to get a good rank in their respective category in JEE Advanced.

But, note that to write JEE Advanced, it obviously implies that you need to achieve well in JEE Mains or at least pass the cutoff with high distinction to stand any chance of competing in the highly advanced level of JEE Advanced.
