Hello,
Percentile is the percentage of candidates who have scored equal or below mark than a particular candidate in the examination.It is calculated to normalise the score for all the sessions.And it depends on number of candidates appeared, number of candidates scored higher and lower marks etc.So by considering the percentile given by you the marks would be anywhere around 118-128.
