hey every year depending on the question paper & it's difficulty level the cut off changes since the cut off is variable the marks for admission are also different please specify about the college you wan to know about
but by the pattern observed over the year for government colleges you need above 550 marks (general category) for st & sc safe score is above 350. good luck
Hii First of all you have not mentioned the college you want to ask about. So my answer will not be about any particular college. I am mentioning in general. So Neet is considered to be the most difficult entrance exams and competition is very high, So one needs to score high to secure a seat for yourself. If you wish to get a government seat, then you need to keep a high target. I would suggest if you come under general category, focus on getting around 560-600 marks in NEET so that you be on a safer side and secure your seat in govt colleges.
