As per the information online, you should keep in mind that this value are changing every year and you should be very aware that you have to score as much as you can in order to get top colleges via MHTCET.
Now for VJTI the marks you can set as a reference and obviously not to be take as absolute values:

- B. Tech in Civil Engineering - 160
- B. Tech in Information Technology - 175
- B. Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering - 169

- B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering - 169
