You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2019 under State Quot, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 613

EWS: 587

OBC: 567

SC: 476

ST: 391

You can check the college wise cut offs at our page: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-du . Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for a seat in a GMC, in Delhi, you should try scoring more than 50-60 marks against those scores mentioned against your Category. To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/. Hello

What is your domicile state and  which category do you belong to?

This is required as cut off marks  depends upon various factors like your domicile state , your category, number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

Nevertheless,  as per previous year trends, you should try to get at least around 550 to 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet  examination if you want to get a mbbs seat in government medical college

For example,
in neet 2019, 553 marks for general category got into a government medical college i.e Burdwan Medical College, Burdwan  under west bengal state quota

Thank you

Gurmeet In neet 2019,  567 marks was the lowest marks that was required for obc category for getting a seat government medical college   under Delhi   state quota and it was for Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi

But cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least around 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet  examination

Thank you
