How much marks is required in Jee mains to get AIR rank under 7000 and which NIT will I get?

Aim at 270+ you can get a rank under 7000

Your name suggests me you are a Brahmin.  So you need to score around 220 to get into good NIT.

One of the very important aspect is regarding branch.

You first decide which branch you want to go. For example  CS branch in  NITT required below 500 rank.  That means more than 275 marks. But the same branch in NIT Pondicherry required about 175 marks only. So decide branch and college. First.

No Sir. I think your statistics are slightly incorrect because in NIT's of Delhi, West Bengal and such they require a score of 200 to 220 for Computer Science branch.
