It would be difficult to tell you the marks required to get a rank under 2000 in JEE Advanced as the total marks of the JEE Advanced exam vary every year. For example in 2018, the total marks were 180 for each paper, whereas it was 183 and 186 in 2017 and 2016 respectively.
However, You should aim to score more than 60 percent marks to get a rank under 2000.
