Hello Rocky,

To get admission into IIT Guwahati, You have to meet the cutoff of JEE Advanced as prepared and released by the authorities concerned. JEE Advanced 2019 cutoff for IIT Guwahati is basically the minimum rank required to get admission into the institute and courses offered by it. For those who will not be able to meet JEE Advanced cutoff for IIT Guwahati will have fewer chances of admission in comparison to those who have ranked more than or equivalent to the cutoff.

Hi Aspirant

This is Ritika

Hope you are doing well coming to your question I will say as pattern of jee advance always change from year to year and cutoff of jee advance depends on difficulty level of question .so it is not possible to say how much marks you need but 40 %to 45 % of marks will be safe side .you just need to come under 10K (general category rank) to get admission in IIT.

Hope my answer helped you

Thank you

All the best
