Prem, you haven't mentioned your Category. Actually AIIMS had its paper for 200 marks while NEET exam is for 720 marks. While AIIMS releases its score in the form of percentiles, NEET releases its score in the form of numbers. Considering all this, if you belong to General Category, you should have nothing less than 700. For OBC even 675 might be a tight score. For SC,ST, it might be around 620-650.
