For non keralite students, to get admission in Kerala, one should have a cut off score of something which is not less than 500 in general category, when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 481 was required to fetch one a seat in the Karuna medical college, Palakkad in general category. For this score the corresponding rank was around 29,000.  But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
