It is not possible to detect the marks as the admissions are based on All India Ranks and not Marks. So I suggest you to take a look at the previous year cut-off ranks and analyze yourself.

In the JEE of year 2020, the the maximum marks for NIT Delhi cutoff score for OBC candidates are 73 whereas the minimum score required for NIT Delhi cut off are 45. However in the case of SC/ST categories, the maximum and the minimum marks 73 and 29/24 respectively.
