A NEET score of 460+ under state quota and a NEET score of 530+ under 15% all india quota will get you a mbbs seat in government medical college , assam.(assuming UR category as you havenot mentioned any category)

However these information is based on last years cutoff and as cutoff changes every year depending on factors like difficulty and number of candidates and current COVID19 situation etc.
