Hello Soumya

It is extremely difficult to predict marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS Delhi or any other AIIMS

This is because,
It is the first time ever when AIIMS will be conducting admission through neet ,

Also cut off marks for medical colleges including aiims will depend upon various factors like
number of students that appeared in the neet entrance exam ,toughness level of the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in the examination etc.

But yes getting into aiims is not going to be easy as seats are very limited in AIIMS and the competition is huge for Aiims .
considering these things,
you should try to get at least 650 - 670 marks in your neet examination 2020, if you want to get a seat in Aiims Delhi if you belong to general category

Good luck for your neet examination
