Aiims contain total of 200 questions each carrying one mark. On every right answer you are allotted 1 mark and on each negative 1/3 i.e. 0.33 marks are deducted.
Marks Distribution
Physics - 60 marks
Chemistry -60 marks
Biology- 60 marks
GK and Aptitude - 20 marks

Aiims mbbs exam consists of 200 questions , each of 1 marks each. There is negative marking of 1/3 for each negative answers. However No marks will be deducted if you dont mark the answer.
Paper consists of questions of physics, chemistry, biology of both mcq and assertion reason type. There are 20 questions of General Knowldege.

Total marks in AIIMS is 200. Each question is of 1 mark and a negative of 0.33 mark for each question you do wrong .
- 20 marks goes to your GK section.
- Each subject (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) has 60 questions which are of 2 types - objective type and assertion & reason type.

There are total 200 questions for 1 marks each.
Total marks for the paper is 200 marks.
There is negative marking as well in the exam for one third mark.
