Now, listen, in IPUCET, 85% of the seats are reservesd for students passed 10+2 from schools in Delhi. Rest 15% are for students from other than Delhi.

Here is a marks vs rank list in IPUCET:

>350 marks : <500 rank

290-350 marks : 500 - 3000 rank

235-290 marks : 3000 - 7000 rank

210-235 marks : 7000 - 15000 rank

<210  marks : 15000+ rank

So, less than 10k ranking will give you a pretty good seat.
