Raja Rajeshwari Medical College is a Private Medical College and so if you do not hold the domicile of Karnataka, you cannot compete for Government Quota seats. You can only apply for Management Quota seats. For applying for Government Quota seats of any Private Medical College, you need to hold the domicile of that State.
