It's quite difficult to predict marks required to get 1500 ranks as rank for the same marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But if we look at previous year trends, then last year in JEE Mains 2019 , approximately 248 marks corresponded to 1500 rank, but last year JEE mains was of 360 marks and from this year it is of 300 marks,
So, considering that you should target at least 210 marks out of 300 marks
Hence, to get a rank of 1500 you should try to get at least 205 marks in jee mains 2020.
