Astha, in 2019 under State Quota, 476 marks secured a seat in Lady Hardinge Medical College under SC Category. That was the cut off for GMC in SC Category. Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for 2020, if your target is a seat in Delhi GMC under SC Category, you should score atleast 550 and above.
