Government law college, Mumbai
ILS Law college, Pune
These colleges take admissions in the basis for your 12th percentage. If you are a domicile of Maharashtra and had your 12th from maharashtra boards then your percentage is counted as is it. If you're from any other board, then your percentage is reduced by 5.
Symbiosis Law College, Pune is also good for Law. It takes admissions through its exam SET.

Since the cutoff for this session has not been declared yet. You can check the last year's cutoff for reference. Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai's last year cutoff was 478, where as the closing rank was 17294.
