Others/General Category	701-134 (around 50 percentile)
Other Backward Classes (OBC)	133-107 (around 40 percentile)
Scheduled Caste (SC)	118-98(around 40 percentile)
Scheduled Tribe (ST)	118-98 (around 40 percentile)

So, it is clear that you should be with around 135+ marks in neet to get a government seat.
