Lakshmi, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless. St. John's Medical College is a Private Medical College. And like all Private Medical Colleges, St. Johns also has 3 Categories of seats. Category A is Government Quota seats and for this, if you belong to General Category, you will need atleast 575 and above. If you belong to reserved Categories, then you will need atleast 525. Category B is Management Quota and for this set of seats if you belong to General Category, you will atleast need 525 and above and for Reserved Categories, you will need 450 and above. This is based on previous years data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
