Only clearing NEET entrance examination will not make you a doctor. There's a long way to go after that. But yes, this is definitely the first step towards it. Talking about how much marks you need; it is seen as per the cut-offs. The cut-offs vary every year at State and all India quota levels. Various factors are taken into consideration while setting a cutoff. You haven't specified the state and the category you belong to, to know the cutoff so let me tell you at AIQ level. In 2019 the cut-offs for general category were between 701-134 marks outoff 720. For reserved it was 133-107 out of 720. The trend is expected to increase every year. So, you need to work very hard.
