All the Best!
As you asked about how much marks you should obtain to get admission in aiims Delhi so dear student. To get admission in aiims Delhi you need to have Atleast 90.20 percentile to be sure about getting a seat in Aiims Delhi as you told you belong to sc category. For SC/ST category you should have this much of percentile otherwise the chances to get aiims dehil are rare . I hope this was helpful
Best wishes
The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending on the number of candidates appearing for the examination, the difficulty level of the examination and the reservation category of the candidates.
If we take into consideration the previous years cutoff, then a percentile score of 90 is generally favourable for you to get a Seat in AIIMS,New Delhi under Scheduled Caste Category.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
