For to get admission in AFMC Pune, your score must be 550+ , the cutoffs for 2018 was 551/720 and every year it keeps on variating.

Keep a Target of 600+ at least and study accordingly, mainly focusing on the NCERT books first and then solving/practicing last 5 years question papers to know the question-pattern n level.
