hi mohammad there are no free seats in neet, even if it is bds you will have to pay the college fee,let me tell you more, hi saket,NEET 2018 Examination is most likely to be held on 10th May (Thursday) 2018 . NEET 2018 Application Form will be released in the month of January 2018.CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in india except aiims,and jipmer.The exam pattern is as follows:-
physics-45 questions each carrying 4 marks
chemistry-45 questions,each carrying 4 marks
and biology 90 questions each carrying 4 marks as well.hope this helps good luck

It seems that you are asking about the government seat, but it is not for free. You have to pay a minimal fee for it too.
