As cut off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to sc category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 380 marks to secure a seat in government medical College.i hope this information helps you.

Your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly
