For general category you must score 685+ marks
As cutoff is Increasing every year. Last year cutoff for Aiims Rishikesh was 685 marks for general category

Dear Aspirant, for general category the last rank is 769 and the percentile is 99.799. For OBC, the last rank is 1664 and the percentile is 99.561. The cut off for AIIMS Rishikesh last year is given below-

GENERAL- 685

OBC- 675

EWS- 675

SC- 620

ST-590

Hence, if you belong to general category, a score of 690+ is sufficient to get you AIIMS Rishikesh. It cannot be exactly predicted as to how many marks one requires to get into AIIMS or any other college for that matter. It all depends on the difficulty level of the paper- if the paper is easy to moderate, the cut off will go high, like 2020. However, if the paper is difficult, the cut off will go low like in 2016.  A safe score to get into any AIIMS would be 690-700 (710+ for AIIMS Delhi) or for government colleges, 650+ is sufficient.
