This year you must have known, the exam will be conducted of 300 marks. Out of which you should score good marks to get into IIIT colleges. You should know most of IIITs do their counseling on their own. So, the cutoff varies for different IIITs. Considering IIITs of middle and lower lever you must be within 50,000 rank at minimum. For that your percentile would lie between 95-96 percentile.

For 96 percentile you must target a minimum of 150-160 out of 300. Depending on the toughness of the paper  you may as well get a 97 percentile. But you'll most probably never get a lower percentile than 96 after scoring 150-160.

So, target a good mark and keep up with the hard work. All the best!
