Hi dear,
Different Entrance exams in India have different cutoff criteria for OBC category students. Usually the cut off for OBC-NCL category students is 10% less than General Category students.The cutoff is basically the minimum marks required by a candidate to be eligible for counselling or another entrance exams or interviews some time. Thus, eligibility or a passing marks.
