Neet is a combined medical entrance exam conducted by NTA.
Doing previous year questions is Always a good idea for any competitive exam.
However the examiner will not repeat the exact question but the concept on which it is based .
If you are solving only previous year you will get a good score if along with it you clear your doubts , learn the formula , implement it in other questions.
Doing important must do topics and chapters like electrostatics , Optics , thermodynamics with previous year question will help you to get a good score.

Give NTA mock tests , give 2tests per day but do not forget to review the answers and note the mistakes you did in that test.
