Hello Aspirant ,
Neet is a combined medical entrance exam conducted by NTA.
Doing previous year questions is Always a good idea for any competitive exam.
However the examiner will not repeat the exact question but the concept on which it is based .

If you are solving only previous year you will get a good score if along with it you clear your doubts , learn the formula , implement it in other questions.
Doing important must do topics and chapters like electrostatics , Optics , thermodynamics with previous year question will help you to get a good score.

Following are some more tips for neet UG
Give NTA mock tests , give 2tests per day but do not forget to review the answers and note the mistakes you did in that test.
Practising previous year questions ,
Reading NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard line by line ,
practicing daily Mcqs,
Revise Formulas of physics
Revsie named reactions of chemistry
Doing all this will help you secure a very good rank .
Make a notebook and add the extra points which you found new.
Revise it Daily .
Study for atleast 6-7hours per day with focus and concentration .
Stay consistent. Commit to yourself
After all this Spend some time with your family and/or go for a walk.

Wishing you all the very best .
