How much marks will I have to gain for admission in GMC srinagar
For admission in GMC , srinagar the basic eligibility criteria for UG is that you have scored atleast 50 % marks in PCB/biotech combined. SC/ST have a relaxation of 5% in minimum aggregate..
After that according to the NEET cutoff 2017 out of 720 marks you need to score b/w 145 to 685 if you belongs to general category..
For others like SC/ST it is 118 to 595/599 respectively ..for OBC you need to score b/w 118 to 678

Government Medical College (GMC) is one of the oldest medical college in North India and the first medical college in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
To get admitted to the GMC, you have to write the national medical exam, NEET or the Jammu State NEET exam. You must also score above 50%in your board examinations (10+2) in PCB.
The cut off was 685 out of 720 in the year of 2017 for the general category students.
50% of the seats in all medical colleges in Jammu and Kashmir are reserved for female candidates and thus they have to score lower cut off marks than male candidates.
