But the fact that you're putting in very hard effort and you will not be able to afford that much of sleep everyday I would at least advise 5 to 6 hours of sound sleep to you everyday no matter how hard you are preparing for that your mind can please consolidate what you are studying everyday because without proper rest you will not be able to remember and puttu efficient use what you are studying as it will only be short term memory and will not be consolidated into your memory circuit for long term use which is quintessential in doing well MCQ based examinations like Neet
This is very funny question and the for sure you can definitely get 24 answers to it.Well see it totally depends on you that how much sleep you want to take and your body needs.There might be some students who have cracked the exam with 16 hours off sleep and there might be few of then who crack with 20 hours of sleep What i want you to understand is everybody is different and everyone's way of studying is different.Discover yourself that how much time your body needs to study.Dont pressure yourself because this wont help you a bit..Take it easy and study smartly.
