How much maximum percentage should I obtain in class 10 boards to be applicable for writing UPSC civil services exam?
greetings,
So for UPSC and most other Government service exams, there is no minimum cut off criteria for academic results. The only requirement is that you should be a graduate from any stream and should be at least 21 years old to appear for civil service exams.
You will have to clear the prelims stage (2 exams) and qualify for the mains stage (7+2 qualifying papers0 and then clear the interview rounds to finally join the services based on merit, reservation and posts available.
good luck
Hello
No there is no such requirement of maximum percentage in 10th to give upsc exam. So for giving upsc civil services exam you have to pass 10th then have to select any group in 11th standard. After degree you can give exam. For this you have to clear in mains then you will be called for interview in delhi. Then according to procedure the selection is done.
Hope this helps
