For IIT you need to score75 percent . And  abvoe 180 marks ,to get an top iit.

And NIT& IIIT in same way it required 180 above marks in jee mains .

You must score atleast score 75% marks in the 12th standard. This is the cutoff for General and OBC students and as far as SC/ST are concerned their cutoff marks is 65%.

Score above 75 % and that is good enough to get admission into NITs or IITs.

Anything above 75% is good

You must have secure 75% marks in 12.
