Dear Deepak, you haven't mentioned the category you wanted to know about. Neverthless, in 2018, 655 marks for OC, 643 marks for BC, 598 marks for SC and 569 marks for ST secured Medical seats. These were the highest marks. 453 for General Category, 548 for OBC, 417 for SC and 401 for ST were the least marks that got Medical Seat in Tamilnadu. However, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, category of the candidate, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Given these factors, your score should be give or take atleast 50 marks greater than the current cut off for the respective category that you belong to.
