As you know that there is a percentile criteria in JEE mains conducted by national test agency so for having NIT admission you should be in the safer side because there is a 0.0001 factor variation in percentile, so always you should try to have more than or equal to 95 percentile which can make your chances to have admission in NIT but I cannot surely say in which round you will have admission and you also know that the percentile depends upon the number of candidates who got less and equal mark than you so it also variate the rank every year so I am providing you a link below where you can see previous year cut off list of JEE mains which can give you a probable idea of having admission in NIT.

Hello Vishal, before you ask, you must know it is mandatory to ask what branch you would like to take in NIT, as NIT has lot of branches like ECE, CSE, MECHANICAL, etc to pursure. Here is the link you can find the cutoffs.
