NIT Trichy is among the top NITs of the country. According to this year cutoff, for a ST student having other state quota, ECE closed at 230 while EEE close at 322 in seventh round. The cutoff for girls of same category went to 321 for ECE and 603 for EEE.



So you need to score a rank below 300 to ensure a seat in electrical in NIT Trichy. That would require you to have a minimum score of 300+ in JEE Mains exam.
