Well, All India Institute of Medical Sciences are a group of prestigious government medical institutes in India. In the NIRF ranking, AIIMS Delhi has secured the first position in the medical category. Among all the branches of AIIMS, getting admission at AIIMS Delhi is the hardest. If you belong to General Category , you should aim for at least 675 (680+ is recommended) and if you belong to any Reserved Categories (OBC/ST/SC), you need to score at least 650 to secure a seat for MBBS at AIIMS. In other words, you need to secure minimum 98 percentile to make your chances higher for grabbing a seat.
From NEET UG 2020 onwards, AIIMS has stopped conducting their own entrance exams and has been enlisted as the participating institutes in NEET UG. You have not mentioned your category as it depends on that and not just marks or rank. Also there are new aiims that have come up so cut off for those are comparatively lesser when compared to aiims new delhi.
But you need to get all india rank below 50 to get a seat in aiims new delhi under general category. The marks required for those ranks changes every year and is hard to predict exactly but expect to score above 705 to 710 and even aim for full marks if the paper level is similar to 2020 or 2021 to get a guaranteed seat at aiims new delhi.

I hope you are consistent with your NEET examination preparations. To get into the prestigious Medical Institutions of India like AIIMS , MAMC , AFMC
you are likely to score more than 690 out of 720.
Make sure that you solve the dpps on regular basis and read NCERT thoroughly to reserve a seat for yourself.
