SCB Dental College and Hospital, Cuttack was not allotted for OBC category specifically,you might have to apply through Gen or green card holder candidates. Cut off marks for this college for different categories are given below
Gen- 584 marks
GC -582 marks
EWS-580 marks
SC- 506 marks
ST -357 marks
So this year cut off marks may decrease due to toughness of question paper so you might expect cut off around 570+ marks in your category
You can apply for mbbs/bds counseling in ojee counseling as both are conducted simultaneously,you can give colleges of both dental and medical college and you will be allocated the college according to your mark.
