There is as such no minimum score predicted before hand of the examination because these things depends on certain conditions like choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper.
But if you still insist then i would suggest that you should be scoring atleast 100 in order to get a good branch in decent NITs like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar,Goa, Patna.

Dear Aspirant,
Anything around 90 or 100 is enough. But ask yourself. Do you really want to score as per your category cutoff?? I mean, you have greater potential. Why don't you work hard? Try to score as much as possible. This preparation is going to help you in your engineering too. You don't have to study for the first semester in engineering if your 11th and 12th knowledge is good.
Ultimately I would say that do not be limited to your category cutoff. Try to show you are the best.
The cutoff of JEE main(2021) was 52 for SC and marks above 100 (for good branch) and above 130 (for top 7 NIT).

For getting admission in IITs you need clear jee mains. Minimum qualification mark for jee advanced for sc candidates is 47percentile. A rank in range of 3000 category rank fetch you seat in IITs. For NIT admission an sc candidates need to score percentile above 90 .
