how much minimum work experience required for switching in another company so that work experience preferred over my poor acedmics??

Hello.,

The work experience differs for every company., But the minimum work experience should be 2 - 3 years. As far coming to the point of your academics then if the company prefer the academic results then you should have minimum experience of 5 years to get their confidence about work.

I think minimum academic percentile should be 75% it would be enough as the hiring would depend on your level of confidence and the performance you would give.

I have 81% in10 53% in 12 and btech 1st year 80% now I am in 2nd year student ece branch can you sujjest some software company so that I get placed
