Depends on the college and course (MBBS/BDS/BAMS) you choose.
However to be eligible you need 50 percentile whose marks vary depending on the level of competition that year (Around 300)
To get into a Govt. Medical you need to score more than 560.
For a private medical college the minimum score range is between 300-400 depending on the reputation of the college.

You actually need the 50th percentile under Unreserved category and 40th percentile under reserved category. However, this is the bare minimum that is required.
If you want a good Medical College seat, you need to aim for at least 550+ score for a MBBS seat to be sure to secure one.
