Depends on the college and course (MBBS/BDS/BAMS) you choose.

However to be eligible you need 50 percentile whose marks vary depending on the level of competition that year (Around 300)

To get into a Govt. Medical you need to score more than 560.

For a private medical college the minimum score range is between 300-400 depending on the reputation of the college.

Try to have a score of 550+ marks in neet ug exam to get a mbbs seat in good govt. Medical college through all india quota counselling conducted by MCC.


However minimum criteria for qualifying neet ug according to official notification is 50 percentile for general category and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC..

You actually need the 50th percentile under Unreserved category and 40th percentile under reserved category. However, this is the bare minimum that is required.

If you want a good Medical College seat, you need to aim for at least 550+ score for a MBBS seat to be sure to secure one.
