The cutoffs for medical seats in courses such as mbbs and bds etc., change every year based on certain factors. As per the previous year datas, a general category candidate should score 50th percentile to qualify the NEET UG entrance exam.
This means, you need to score between 701- 134 marks. To get sure shot seat in Osmania Medical College, you need to score above 690 marks out of 720.

Osmania Medical College is a Government Medical College which means 15% of its seats are filled through All India Counselling and 85% of the seats are filled through State Counselling. Now for State Counselling, there is something called Local and Non Local Status to facilitate bifurcation circumstances. So if you are a non local student who student in Telangana and AP, then you will need more than 650. But if you hold the domicile of Telangana, you will need atleast 575. This is because in 2018 under State Quota, for Non Local to OU, 570 was the cut off and for local it was 548. Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year.
