Actually there are no such data has been generated total and provide about last 10 years failure rate in CBSE and NIOS. However as the division and marking system of NIOS board are strict then CBSE there are also some students who gets fails in NIOS exams also. But it is quite difficult to tell about the percentage. However CBSE fail rate percent is near about 9 to 10 every year. You should check previous 10 years question paper together data and to see last 10 years data of failure rate. Best of luck
